we discussed about the 1st two step of translation process in the previous lectures.Now its time to end the process and finding our required protein from the mRNA.
when ribosomal sub units come to the stop codon of the mRNA then no tRNA is capable of bind to them cause they cant recognize the stop codon and they are not capable of.Now one type of protein that is release factor (RF) will come and bind at the A site

when RF bind with the stop codon that will cleave the peptide bond with peptidyl transferase enzyme, as a result the amino acids will be de associated from the tRNA of the P site .and all the factors will also be released by converting GTP into GDP and Pi
Now the amino acids will departed and subunits ull also be de associated to 30 S and 50 S sub units. and mRNA will also be free for futher cycle.
