Is GMO Toxic or GM food poses health hazard?

We know that recombinant DNA technology is the method by which genes are transferred from one organism to other that results in the expression of transferred gene into a new host.That produce a new product of our desired gene containing product and that is called genetically modified organism (GMO). GMO is a modern innovation for decreasing of cropland around the world and new different type of resistant type of food are invented by biotechnology improvement.
All of us obviously need to know that human typically consume about 0.1- 1.0 gm DNA everyday (3/Doerfler,2003). You can ask how? We eat vegetibles,frouts,meat, etc every day . As we eating them we are eating of their DNA. So if we eat transgene that will not be a new for our dietary system. Even note that transgene contain a very very low concentration of the total organism. For example in case of trans corn it contain only 0.0001% of total DNA.
There is some environmental advocacy groups they have expressed their concern about the destruction of biotech foods, they think that GMO is dangerous,malfunctioning,harmfull or toxic for our body. But biotechnologists believe that GMO is more safe than conventional foods and even they have described their research to relief public concern.
Now come to the why GMO is not toxic and if it can break out from from our intestine to our blood stream? Answer is Dietary DNA is usually degraded when we consume it and quickly it hydrolyzed and digested to nucleotides in the human or animal digestive tract (5/Beever and Kemp,2000). So why we should be cautious ! Obviously need not to be as it poses no risk to our body.
Most concern happen to the people as GM food contain cry protein inside it, cause for making insect resistant trait cry gene is inserted to the plant that is toxic to insect as a result insect cant attack the plant.But cry protein have been proven non toxic cause human or mammalian epithelial cells lack of cry receptor but insect has cry receptor in their gut.

GMO has allergicity? 

Before processing a biotech food scientists do its total experiments trials and observe the side effect of the product. All the food products are regulated under FDA guidelines and all food has to perform allergicity test before it run into touch of mass people.Even we know some convestional foods also have allergicity to some people. For example, few people gas allergicity to beef, brinjal or prawn.But the GM food that has allercicity concern will not be produced cause all the guidelines are maintained properly.A WHO protocol for allergenecity test on GM food alraedy exists to the guidelines.
