CRISPR-CAS 9 ! DNA editing, A miracle of modern molecular biology.

Its like an interesting stroy of war between virus and bacteria, from the very beginning of the creation thre is a fiction between between virus and bacteria. In this war maximum time virus is the winner and they kill the bacteria, we know about the bacteriophage that kill bacteria.But sometimes bacteria are capable of protect themselves from this destruction, that kind of bacteria has a archive named 'CRISCR  ' where they collect the part of an attacking viruses.There is also a protein named CASE we can consider it as an biological robot!

This robot has 2 hand  one hand it has a sharp scissor  , when a virus attack the bacteria it cut the portion of the attacking virus and collect them on CRISPR archive.

When the bacterium detect the presence of virus DNA it produces 2 types of short RNA one of which contains sequence that matches the invading virus.These two RNA form a complex with the protein CAS 9, CASE 9 cut the DNA. When the matching sequence known as guide RNA finds its target within the viral genome ,cas 9 cuts the target DNA and disable it.

By researching for several years researcher come to the point that that not only cut the viral DNA but also any DNA of any species including human by changing the guide RNA to match the target.The cas 9 will unzip the DNA to match it to its target RNA.If matches cas 9 will cut with molecular scissors .

Applications:

1.As like other organsms it can be applied in human development.
2.We can cut any mutated or mis functional gene by CRISPR method
3.Not only cutting scientists have invented to apply our desired gene inside a DNA by this method.
4.In 2015 and 2016 scientists were capable of deleting HIV virus from a cell, and further applied in mice and not only a single cell they were succeed in about 50% of HIV cell removing from the mice.
5.Within a decade this miracle will get a new window of invention on HIV,CANCER etc removing.
