Transcription process of prokaryotes with easy language

Initiation:

Transcription starts just beyond of the promoter region and terminated at termination site (Rho recognition site). The promoter is in the position of -35 to -10 element of the gene's upstream of transcription start site.

In order to initiate transcription in bacteria core RNA polymerase and sigma factor forms a holoenzyme. Sigma factor recognizes the promoter region of the gene/DNA.

This holoenzyme then binds to the promoter region of DNA molecule forming a close complex between the RNA polymerase and the DNA molecule.

By breaking the double helix the close complex create transcription bubble .Ribo nucleotide (RNTPs)triphosphate then take place forming new transcript.initiation is completed when sigma factor with polymerase released.

Elongation:

Rna polymerase moves down through the DNA and ribonucleotriphosphate added to the bubble chain at 3'-5' end with complementary sequence. Note that here uracil will be added instead of Thiamin.
RNA transcript continue to elongate and form RNA- DNA hybrid.

in the figure dont think that are thiamin that all the RNTPs ( AGCU)

Termination:

Termination of bacterial transcription involves the binding of rho protein to the growing RNA. At the rho recognition site RNA form a stem loop like structure. This stem loop holt the movement of RNA polymerase and Rho protein go through RNA polymerase complex causing the complex to de associate and terminate the transcription process and form our required RNA!!

Thanks!!!
